IMPORTANT PALLET DELIVERY INFORMATION

Please read the following delivery information carefully before placing your order to ensure a smooth and successful delivery.

Delivery Method & Access Requirements

All pallet deliveries are made using a lorry equipped with a tail lift. Once unloaded, the pallet is moved from the roadside towards your driveway or property entrance using a manual pallet truck.

Due to the weight of the pallets, deliveries can only be manoeuvred over firm, level and solid surfaces, such as concrete, paving or tarmac.

Unfortunately, pallet trucks cannot operate safely on uneven, unstable or soft surfaces, including gravel driveways, grass, loose stones or steep inclines.

If you believe access or ground conditions may cause difficulties, please contact us before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements and explore any possible alternative delivery arrangements.

Restricted Access

If your home or business has restricted access, including narrow roads, tight driveways, sharp bends or other obstacles that may prevent a large delivery vehicle from reaching your property, you must inform us at the time of ordering.

Kerbside Delivery Only

We can only guarantee kerbside or roadside delivery. Moving pallets beyond this point is subject to safe access, suitable ground conditions and the delivery driver's discretion.

We appreciate your cooperation in helping us ensure your delivery is completed as safely and efficiently as possible.
